In protecting the integrity of our products, and in consideration that they must follow strict storage conditions and various regulations, the following will be observed:
1. Exchange of items will be accepted on a case to case basis determined by the Elleva team. Items should be returned within 7 days after you receive the product.
2. Products can be exchanged if it is proven that there is manufacturing fault. Upon receiving the 'defective' good, Customer should first coordinate with Elleva staff through the hotline 0927862878 or 0929479015 and we will assess whether the product is indeed defective. If found defective, we will be asking the consumer to send the product back to us by EMS. Customer service representative will give them instructions where to send the item. We will replace the product found to be defective.
3. Elleva does not accept returns of loose items (capsule, blisters etc.)
4. Customer must e-mail a copy of Official Receipt / Delivery Receipt to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product
5. Returned items must be in the original container.
